Home Delivery [HD] Delivery Restrictions
Home Delivery [HD] is a layaway order service in which products will be delivered from MUJI warehouses to customer’s locations using our cooperating couriers.

We currently ship all US domestic orders through Fedex (standard shipping), USPS, and UPS. All orders include tracking, which will be provided by email after your order has been processed, and is ready to be shipped.
Express shipping is no longer available since August 8th, 2022.

Free Standard Shipping is available for cart subtotals over $80 excluding oversized items. Shipping & handling surcharges will be applied to oversized products. All extra charges are also indicated on relevant product pages and will be displayed in the shipping subtotal for your order.

1Delivery ETAs are subject to possible delays, especially during the holiday season or high-volume periods. Couriers may also experience their own delays while transporting packages.

4Free Shipping on suitcases does not apply to US Non-contiguous orders. $25 per suitcase for shipping to Hawaii and Alaska will occur in addition to the standard US Non-contiguous shipping surcharge of $25 per order.
5Free Standard Shipping threshold is $50 for orders delivering to California, Washington, Texas, Florida, Illinois, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Washington, D.C.
Shipping & Handling Surcharges (oversized & furniture)
Additional shipping fees will be added to the standard shipping rate for orders that exceed a certain size or weight. Items requiring additional handling fees cannot be shipped to Hawaii / Alaska / Virgin Islands.
